Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the strategic growth of our real estate business. The ideal candidate should be an IIM graduate with a proven track record of scaling real estate operations, driving profitability, and leading high-performing teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* MBA/PGDM from an IIM (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode, Shillong, or other IIMs) or Other B-School.

* 15-20+ years of leadership experience in the real estate industry.

* Minimum 5-8 years in a CEO, COO, Business Head, or P&L; leadership role.

* Experience in residential, commercial, plotted developments, mixed-use, or township projects.

* Strong understanding of land acquisition, project development, RERA compliance, construction, sales, marketing, finance, and customer lifecycle management.

* Demonstrated ability to manage annual revenues of 1000 crore+ and lead business expansion.

* Excellent leadership, fundraising, investor relations, and strategic planning capabilities.

* Strong network with developers, investors, financial institutions,



government authorities, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the companys long-term growth strategy.

* Own complete P&L; responsibility and improve profitability.

* Drive land acquisition, project planning, execution, and timely delivery.

* Lead sales, marketing, branding, and customer experience initiatives.

* Build strategic partnerships with investors, financial institutions, and government agencies.

* Ensure compliance with RERA, statutory approvals, and corporate governance.

* Build and mentor a high-performance leadership team.

* Identify new business opportunities, joint ventures, and expansion into recent markets.
