- Call students who have shown interest in our professional makeup courses through Meta ads, website, and social media.
- Understand the student's career goals and recommend the right course.
- Explain course details, fees, batches, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert inquiries into paid course enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and training team for a smooth enrollment process.
- Build a positive relationship with students and provide excellent customer support throughout the admission process.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, education counselling, or admissions is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets/CRM, and making outbound calls.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
