We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and passionate professionals to join our growing team as Education Counsellors / Career Development Advisors (CDA).

Job Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels to understand their educational and career goals.
- Provide accurate and personalized counselling regarding online degree and certification programs.
- Guide students throughout the admission and enrolment process.
- Convert leads into successful admissions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective counselling and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, university offerings, and competitor activities.




- Build long-term relationships with prospective learners and provide exceptional advisory support.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience in education sales, academic counselling, or online degree counselling.
- Prior experience in online higher education counselling will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as LSQ, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms is an advantage.
