Summary:

We are looking for an exceptionally creative and highly skilled visual storyteller who can independently conceptualize shoot, direct and edit premium video content for our brand. This role goes beyond operating a camera: it requires someone who understands branding, marketing psychology, storytelling, cinematography and social media trends to create advertisement that emotionally connect with audiences and drive business growth. The Ideal candidate should posses a strong aesthetic sense, excellent technical expertise and the ability to transform creative ideas into compelling visual campaigns across digital platforms.

Role & responsibilities:

- Develop original concepts and campaign ideas for advertisement, product launches, seasonal campaigns and social media.
- Guide Models, actors, influencers and team members during production.
- Stay updated with advertising trends, cinematic techniques and evolving social media content styles

Photography:

- Plan execute professional product, lifestyle, interior, architecture and commercial photography
- Capture high quality images suitable for print, digital marketing, websites, catalogs and social media
- Manage studio and outdoor shoots
- Handle professional lighting setups and camera equipment
- Perform image selection and final delivery

Cinematography:

- Shoot cinematic advertisements, brands films, documentaries, interviews, reels, promotional videos & product videos.
- Select appropriate camera movements, lenses, lighting, compositions and frame rates
- Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cinema cameras, gimbals, siders,



drones (if licensed), tripods and lighting equipment
- Maintain cinematic visual quality throughout production
- Execute Indoor and outdoor shoots while adapting to different environments.
- Ensure proper exposure, white balance, focus, audio quality and visual consistency

Video Editing & Post Production:

- Edit engaging short-form and long form video for various digital platforms
- Create high-retention content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms
- Perform color correction and cinematic color grading
- Mix and enhance audio quality
- Add transitions, subtitles, animations and visual effects where required
- Deliver platforms-specific exports while maintaining quality standards
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow

Social Media Advertising:

- Creative advertisements designed specifically for digital platforms
- Understand audience behavior and content performance
- Produce scroll-stopping reels and short-form videos
- Develop Storytelling that increases engagement reach and conversations
- Plan campaigns around festivals, product launches, offers and brand awareness




- Analyze successful advertisements and continuously improve creative output

Required Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in photography, cinematography, Film making, mass communication or equivalent experience.
- 5 - 8yrs of professional experience in commercial photography and videography.
- Experience working with furniture, interior design, architecture or luxury brands.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating advertising campaigns, reels, product photography and cinematic films.
