Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Execution

- Manage end-to-end hiring for roles such as developers, QA, project managers, support, onboarding, marketing, and HR roles.
- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other hiring channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, notice period, stability, location, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers within approved salary bands.
- Ensure selected candidates complete documentation and joining formalities smoothly.

AI-Enabled Hiring Process

- Use AI tools and internal automation to improve screening quality and hiring speed.
- Help improve candidate shortlisting prompts, screening checklists, and interview workflows.
- Learn and adapt to AI-based technical screening and recruiter productivity tools.
- Maintain accurate hiring data so that AI and automation systems can work effectively.

Hiring Pipeline & Reporting

- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for recurring roles.




- Track hiring funnel metrics such as sourced candidates, screened candidates, interviews scheduled, offers released, and joiners.
- Share weekly hiring reports with management.
- Identify bottlenecks in hiring and suggest improvements.

Candidate Quality & Culture Fit

- Evaluate candidates for ownership, stability, learning attitude, communication, discipline, and startup adaptability.
- Prefer candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Help reduce hiring mismatches by improving pre-screening quality.

Required Skills

- 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience.
- Good understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
- Experience hiring for IT, SaaS, software, eCommerce, or technology companies will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable using job portals, LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, ATS or HR tools.
- Willingness to learn AI tools and up-to-date hiring automation.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.
