Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) professional to lead and strengthen the organizations cyber security governance framework. The incumbent will be responsible for driving Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), regulatory compliance, cyber risk management, security governance, audit management, incident response oversight, and cloud security governance.

The role requires a seasoned professional with strong experience in Information Security, Cyber Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Security Governance, preferably within the BFSI sector.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8 to 12 years of relevant Information Security and GRC experience.
- Robust understanding of cyber security governance and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, or FinTech organizations preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Exposure to ISO 27001 implementation, regulatory audits, cloud security governance, and cyber risk management programs.
