Roles and Responsibilities
-Handling calls & converting them into sale.
-Continuous Follow up with the customers.
-Should be able to articulate with good customer service skills.
-Excellent contact center phone etiquette.
-Meeting monthly performance metrics/ sales target.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Candidates who can speak different Indian Languages will be given preference.
-Minimum 2 years experience in Travel agency/Must be from the Travel industry.
-Should be well versed with the GDS-Amadeus.
-Versatile to work in any shifts (24X7).
-Should be a team player.
