Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and hiring top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Negotiate compensation, roll out offers, and facilitate pre-boarding activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports through ATS and internal systems.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Experience hiring for Technology, Corporate, Product, Sales, or Operations roles.
- Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
- Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities.
- Valuable understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Preferred Experience
