Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international calls from UK, US, and other countries with excellent communication skills.
- Provide customer support to resolve queries related to banking products and services.
- Work on international voice processes such as international calling, international BPO, and US process.
- Utilize subject matter expertise in handling complex customer issues efficiently.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in an International Voice Process or similar industry.
- Robust knowledge of banking domain (added advantage).
- Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with customers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts.
- Flexible with rotational shifts and work from office
