Job Description (Role & responsibilities)

- Ensure all assigned outlets operate according to our organization operational standard and quality guidelines.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales, profitability, store performance, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Implement best practices for inventory control, food safety, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and reviews to maintain consistency across the trade area.
- Ensure Hospitality behaviors across the assigned sales region.
- Work along with Marketing team for sales promotions.
- Provide action plans to address issues and opportunities and effective execution of the same.
- Escalate the issues with other support functions of the area and prepares the action plan by mutual collaboration amongst the teams.
- Support the onboarding, training of current team members and promote internal growth via standard training program by coordinating with training team
- Maintain the less staff attrition by developing the retention strategy by coordinating with Outlet Managers / Zonal Manager / Training Team & HR Team.
- Periodically share the communication to team about goals and performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall, improve customer retention, and boost revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities and locations for expansion in the assigned trade area
- Ensure a customer-first approach is followed across all outlets to enhance the brand
- Adapt to changing market trends, consumer preferences, and business needs.




- Manage operations & support for rapid expansion in the assigned trade area.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Ensure all locations are compliant with legal, health & safety, FSSAI, International food safety expectations and other regulations.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets for the assigned trade area.
- Work with finance teams to track P&L; performance and cost efficiency.
- Forecast and plan sales, inventory, and staffing needs for optimal business performance.
- Regularly track and assess key performance metrics with all direct reports, conduct GAP analysis to identify areas of improvement, and provide strategic direction to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to budgeted cost lines.
- Ensure all outlets in the area adhere to cost lines and maximize bottom-line incentive
- Ensure incentive scheme effective & Ensure the flow as motivation amongst the employees at the assigned Outlets.
- Track sales operation metrics and analyze data to assess the business growth.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Senior management to facilitate informed decision-making. (Microsoft Office Tools)
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve Sales level of Bakery Outlets.

- Should be assertive, credible and also have Organizing/Planning skills, Team worker with communications skills.
- Should have minimum bachelor's degree in full time.
- Self-starter, obtaining results through a focused and disciplined work style
- Should be ready to work in ambitious environment
- Should adapt to change management quickly (where changes are happened often)




- Proactive in identifying opportunities and dedicated to ongoing learning and team growth within the QSR and Bakery industry.
- Requires flexibility to conduct business check-ins, including evenings or weekends.
- Ability to work independently and conduct audits across multiple locations
- Committed to creating exceptional customer experiences across all locations
