Role & responsibilities

- To ensure that the Invoice or Medical Record or encounter number match with the listed on the payment EOB or statement
- To ensure that the correct date of service, CPT and charge amount matches the invoice number listed on the EOB
- To ensure that any issue or clarification are escalated to process owner in timely manner
- To ensure that all internal tools are used in timely manner
- Production and quality should be achieve based on the QOB

Preferred candidate profile

Domain: US Healthcare - Medical Billing

Minimum : 1 - 3 Years Relevant Experience in IV & EV Calling

Shift Timing: Night Shift 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Job Location: Kandanchavadi OMR, Chennai

Specialty : Insurance Verification/Eligibility Verification

Preferred : Immediate Joiners
