AI Video Producer (Meta Ads, High-Conversion Direct Response)

The Role:

We don t need a cinematographer; we need an Attention grabbing video producer. You will create AI videos for US SMBs in the home service industry (plumbers, roofers, painters, fence installers, HVAC techs ). Your goal is to make 15 30 second video ads that stop the scroll and drive calls to small business owners. .

What you ll do:

Create at Speed: Produce short-form video ads (6-8 a day) using AI-driven platforms. You ll be managing a high-volume pipeline where speed and quality go hand-in-hand.

Strategize execute: Translate campaign goals into visual concepts. You ll take a brief and turn it into a compelling video ad that converts.

Optimize for Performance: You ll review performance data to refine hooks, scripts, and visuals.

Iterate Improve: Build multiple variations for A/B testing. When the data says a video is working, you ll help us figure out why and make the next one even better. You don t just make things look cool you care about CTR and conversion rates.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: The AI landscape changes weekly. You will be our go-to expert on current tools, ensuring our workflows remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience producing short-form video content for paid media.





Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid turnaround times.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for team collaboration.

Platform Knowledge: You know the difference between a YouTube in-stream ad and an Instagram Reel. You understand safe zones, aspect ratios, and native styles.

You prioritize clarity and urgency over cinematic transitions.

You can deliver high volumes of ad variations weekly.

You can share a portfolio or examples of AI-generated or AI-assisted video work.

We are looking for: Short-form video expert, obsessed with CTR/Retention, works at lightning speed.

We are not looking for: Video Artist mentality, slow turnaround, focus on branding instead of the offer.
