Experienced Oracle HCM Analytics Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of our HR reporting ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between transactional HR data and strategic business intelligence using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.

Technical Skills

- 6+ years of experience working specifically with Oracle Cloud HCM reporting technologies.
- Implementation Profile:Proven track record of at least one full-lifecycle Oracle FDI (or FAW) implementation involving custom data augmentation.

- Analytics Platforms:Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI / FDIP / FAW) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Data Extraction Tools: Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Extracts, including delivery options, threading, and data masking.
- Core Reporting Tools: Expert proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL. [!--TgQPHd||[]--]
- Logic Coding:Proven experience writing complex Fast Formulas for HCM Extracts. [!--TgQPHd||[]--]
- SaaS Architecture:Solid functional understanding of core Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Payroll, Talent, or Benefits)

Position Overview:

NTT DATA is currently looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Technical Specialist to:





Act as the technical owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system

Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs

Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes.

Should have minimum 3 years of experiencce in Oracle FDI.

Contributes to developing assets, accelerators, offerings and differentiators in the HCM space.

Should have experience in Redwood UI migration and Agentic AI.

6-8 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM

Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization

Advanced technical knowledge of one or more components

Reporting & Extracts : OTBI, BIP, HCM Extract & Fast Formulas

Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution

Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as technical owner

Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies

Able to communicate solutions to more junior consultants.

Architect solutions and develop proof of concepts for demonstration to clients and prospects.

Expert technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)
