Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and qualified B2B leads.
- Manage the company s LinkedIn page and other social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Create and publish engaging content, including social media posts, blogs, case studies, company updates, employee spotlights, technology insights, and recruitment campaigns.
- Plan and manage organic and paid social media campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture, employee achievements, career opportunities, and workplace events.
- Collaborate with sales, recruitment, and technical teams to create impactful marketing content.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze campaign metrics, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:-

- 4 6 years of experience in Social Media Marketing within an IT services or technology company.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Marketing and B2B social media marketing.
- Experience managing LinkedIn Company Pages, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other social media campaigns.
- Excellent content writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating content for IT services,



software solutions, SAP, Cloud, AI, or technology consulting.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Experience using content scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot for content creation is an advantage.
- Solid communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
