Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of -Enrollment & Billing with experience in healthcare products and commercial insurance enrollment.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and execute enrollment and billing processes for healthcare products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency in enrollment and billing activities. - Analyze and resolve discrepancies in enrollment data, providing timely solutions to maintain data integrity.

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of enrollment and billing operations.

- Provide support and guidance to clients and stakeholders regarding enrollment and billing inquiries and issues.





- Utilize technical expertise in healthcare products to optimize enrollment and billing processes.

- Ensure compliance with commercial insurance regulations and standards in all enrollment activities.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment and billing, identifying areas for improvement.

- Coordinate with IT teams to implement system enhancements and resolve technical issues impacting enrollment and billing.

- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of enrollment and billing processes.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in healthcare and insurance regulations.

- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure productive and compliant enrollment and billing operations.
