International Voice Process Executive

Experience

- Minimum 1 year and maximum 6 years of relevant experience in an International Voice Process, Customer Support, Technical Support, or International BPO.

Educational Qualification

- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must possess all relevant educational and employment documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Maintain customer interaction records in CRM systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.




- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and data security guidelines.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to rotational shifts.
