Purpose of the Job: Contribute to the growth of mortgage business by sourcing recent customers majorly by own sourcing, complemented by the quality of sourcing reflected in delinquency and run-offs. Part of the role also demands him to contribute to the revenue by doing LI.
a) Understanding of Home Loan business
b) Knowledge of local market conditions
c) Competitor knowledge
d) Fundamental legal documentation understanding.
e) Collection Efficiency with Sales & Collection experience of min 6+ months
