- Identify current business opportunities through tele calling and convert them.
- Build relationships with existing clients to increase policy upsell/cross-sell life insurance products.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting customer needs and providing exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and sales activities using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in insurance sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication skills for effective telephone conversations with clients.
