Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Learning Content Producer & Platform Specialist with strong experience in digital content creation, learning design, and learning platform administration.

The ideal candidate combines solid visual and media production skills, storytelling and writing capabilities, and a solid understanding of modern digital learning technologies. This role requires the ability to transform technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences, produce high-quality multimedia content, and manage learning solutions across LXP and LMS platforms.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of content production technologies, AI-powered creation tools, eLearning standards, and digital learning ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production (50%)

- Create and produce engaging digital learning content across multiple formats:

Video post-production and editing

Motion-design video production using tools such as Powtoon

AI-generated video creation using platforms such as Synthesia, Colossyan, Dzine, and similar technologies

- Develop SCORM-compliant eLearning modules using authoring tools
- Design and build chatbots and conversational learning experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio and other platforms
- Produce visual learning assets, including:

Infographics

AI-generated images and illustrations to support learning content

- Create communication materials to support learning campaigns, including learner engagement emails and promotional content

Content Design & Knowledge Structuring (25%)

- Shape, format, review, and rewrite scripts for videos, eLearning modules, and digital learning assets
- Build engaging narratives and storytelling approaches based on technical content inputs
- Transform complex technical information into clear and learner-focused experiences
- Create quizzes and knowledge assessments based on learning scripts




- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to capture key knowledge points
- Collect, organize, and structure documentation and learning resources
- Build and maintain knowledge management databases to support content reuse and accessibility

Learning Platform Administration (25%)

- Manage and organize learning content within LXP and LMS back-office environments
- Assemble and publish learning content on digital learning platforms
- Create learning paths, curricula, and structured learning journeys
- Build and maintain pages and learning experiences within platforms
- Manage users, permissions, and platform administration tasks
- Monitor learning data, generate reports, and support learning analytics activities

Required Experience & Skills

- Proven experience in digital learning content production and multimedia creation
- Strong skills in:

Video editing and post-production

Visual design and media creation

Storytelling and educational content writing

AI-powered content creation tools

- Experience with:

eLearning authoring tools and SCORM production

LXP/LMS platforms and administration

Chatbot creation platforms, ideally Microsoft Copilot Studio

AI image and video generation technologies

- Ability to create engaging learning experiences from technical or complex source material
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously

The ideal candidate is a creative and technology-oriented learning professional who can combine design, storytelling, content production, and platform expertise.

They are comfortable working across the full digital learning production lifecycle: from gathering knowledge from experts, designing learning narratives, producing multimedia assets, publishing content on learning platforms, and analyzing learner engagement data.
