7. Oversee order processing, logistics, and delivery coordination, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.

8. Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to senior management regarding sales performance, customer needs, and market trends.

9. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service,

10. Re ordring the stocks in time so that ample stocks are available as customer demand cycles.
