Must have
- Graduate in any discipline
- Must have fluency in Spanish communication both verbal & written
- 1+ year of experience in Transaction Processing background.

- Having US Mortgage knowledge

- Typing speed of 20 - 30 words/min with 98% accuracy.
- Good analytical skills, research knowledge and decision making.
- Knowledge of MS-office (Excel)
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts (A/B/C)
- Basic knowledge of Mortgage industry.
- Willing to work 5 days a week.
