Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager for our Mono Carton Priniting Packaging Division. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, key account management, market expansion, and revenue growth in the packaging and printing sector. The ideal candidate should have solid industry contacts with FMCG, Pharma, Cosmetics, Food & Beverage, and Consumer Goods companies requiring mono carton packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers for mono carton packaging products.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts with customers.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and design teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Monitor sales performance, budgets, and profitability of accounts.
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings to expand business opportunities.




- Generate monthly sales forecasts and MIS reports for management review.
- Drive branding and promotional initiatives for the packaging business.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 8-13 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry, preferably in mono carton manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of offset printing, packaging materials, carton development, and production processes.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
