Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Manager – Risk Assurance to lead Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Audit (IA), Fraud Risk, Compliance, and Governance across global BPO operations. The role involves driving risk management frameworks, audit excellence, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.

Mandatory Criteria

- Current Designation:

- Senior Manager with 1+ year in the current role, OR
- Manager with 3+ years in the current role.

- Candidates must be from BPO/ITES or BFSI organizations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with international/global clients.
- Robust expertise in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Audit (IA), Risk Management, Fraud Risk, Compliance, Governance, and Internal Controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and governance initiatives.
- Develop and manage RCSA, RCM, Risk Registers,



KRIs, and risk dashboards.
- Lead risk-based internal audits, compliance reviews, and process audits.
- Drive fraud risk management, investigations, and control enhancements.
- Ensure contractual, regulatory, and compliance adherence.
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen governance and risk culture.
- Lead and mentor the Risk Assurance team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (Mandatory).
- MBA/CA/CIA/CISA or equivalent certifications preferred.
- 12–18+ years of experience in Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Fraud Management.
- Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience managing teams.
