About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in hiring for senior-level positions across the IT Infrastructure and Banking domains, along with proven experience in team management, stakeholder coordination, and sourcing through various recruitment channels.

This role requires a dynamic professional who can lead a team of recruiters while ensuring the timely closure of positions across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters.
- Allocate job requirements and monitor daily recruitment activities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure hiring targets are achieved.
- Train team members on sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and recruitment best practices.
- Drive team productivity and improve overall hiring efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.




- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment status reports.
- Ensure seamless communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

- Manage and optimize job postings across recruitment portals.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, closures, and joining ratios.
- Maintain recruitment databases, MIS reports, and candidate records.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment processes.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in hiring for senior-level positions within the IT Infrastructure and Banking domains.
- Hands-on expertise with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Proven team handling and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics, reporting, and analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory.

- Experience in staffing, recruitment consultancy, or corporate hiring.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
