Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates in the industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
