SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

JOB LOCATION - VISAKHAPATNAM

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
Content Creation
Plan and execute high-quality content including:
• Reels and short-form videos
• Product showcases
• Bridal jewellery campaigns
• Festival and seasonal promotions
• Customer testimonials
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Store launch and event coverage
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and influencers.
Brand Building
• Enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Maintain a premium and consistent brand image across all digital channels.
• Promote new collections, offers, and special events.
Influencer & Community Management
• Identify and collaborate with local and regional influencers.
• Manage customer interactions, comments, messages, and reviews.
• Build strong online communities and customer relationships.
Performance Marketing
• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation and store footfall campaigns.




• Track and optimize campaign performance.

Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor social media performance metrics.
• Analyze engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
• Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field.
• 38 years of experience in social media management.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands preferred.
Skills Required
• Strong content creation and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent copywriting skills in English and Telugu.
• Expertise in Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube content.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of photography, videography, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong creative and trend-spotting skills.

• Growth in followers and engagement rates.
• Increase in store visits and enquiries from social media.
• Reach and visibility of campaigns.
• Lead generation and conversion metrics.
• Quality and consistency of content output.
