We are looking for passionate, energetic, and caring Preschool Teachers who can create engaging learning experiences for young children while working collaboratively with parents and fellow educators.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children aged 1.5–6 years.
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes holistic development.
- Implement play-based learning strategies aligned with the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and Montessori philosophy.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's learning journey and developmental milestones.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain classroom organisation, learning resources, and displays.
- Participate in school events, parent meetings,



professional development sessions, and curriculum planning.

Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in a preschool or early years setting.
- Basic understanding of the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and Montessori approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and compassionate personality.
- Robust classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), Montessori, NTT, or equivalent.
- Experience with activity-based, inquiry-led, or experiential learning environments.
