Duties

Conduct and coordinate appropriate engineering functions for system design and support, recent product development, and maintenance of current products through subordinates.
Lead proof-of- concept development of new electric and electrohydraulic technologies
Initiate system and new product specifications development based on market needs and reliability expectations.
Monitor status; evaluate results and make necessary changes to designs, test methods or equipment.
Initiate product design reviews with, and provide necessary information to manufacturing and marketing functions.

Maintain accurate and timely communication with manufacturing function during the introduction and development of new products to resolve design related production issues and conformity to product specifications, prior to production release.
