We are seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with insurance companies, resolving claim issues, and ensuring timely collection of payments for healthcare services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of the US healthcare and insurance process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
Review and analyze denied or unpaid claims and take corrective action.
Ensure accurate documentation of all claim follow-up activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and claim resolution.
Stay updated on medical billing regulations, codes, and payer requirements.
