Salary : 15k to 20k Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to clients for accounts receivable follow-ups.

Verify and update billing information and documentation.

Assist in resolving client queries related to invoices, payments, and discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and US healthcare billing standards.

Required Skills:





Good typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel is an advantage.

Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including US shifts.
