Job Description:

- Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term client relationships.

- Develop strategic influencer marketing campaigns aligned with clients marketing objectives and business goals.

- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, creator networks, and platform partners.

- Identify recent business opportunities, participate in pitches, prepare strategic presentations, and contribute to revenue growth.

- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, content, media, production, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to clients.

- Mentor, coach, and lead Account Directors, Account Managers, and campaign teams to achieve operational excellence.

- Ensure profitability, resource planning, quality control, and timely execution across multiple client accounts.

- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, creator economy developments, and industry best practices.
