The Role

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the Co-founder. This is a true founder-style position: you will work directly alongside the Co-founder and leadership team during a pivotal, high-stakes phase of growth, with the opportunity to define what excellence looks like as the company scales.

This is not a support role. It comes with real ownership of how the company runs, how decisions get made, and how strategy turns into execution across every function.

What You'll Own

- Company operating rhythm — design and run our OKR process, executive cadence, leadership reviews, and the systems that keep a fast-growing organisation aligned and accountable.
- Strategic initiatives — lead high-priority, cross-functional projects end to end and drive execution across teams.
- Executive leverage — act as a thought partner to the Co-founder; prepare analyses, decision memos, and board/investor-ready material; ensure the leadership team's time goes where it matters most.
- Cross-functional coordination — be the connective tissue between teams, surfacing blockers early and making sure commitments made in the room happen outside it.
- Special projects — whatever the business needs next: new market entry, hiring sprints, partnerships, process builds. The scope grows with you.





What You'll Bring

- 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a similar high-performance environment, ideally with time spent inside a fast-growing organisation.
- Strong structured problem-solving: you can take an ambiguous mandate, frame it, and drive it to a decision.
- First principles-based thinking
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can distil complexity for a founder, a doctor, and a new hire alike.
- High ownership and discretion. You'll sit close to sensitive company and patient-adjacent matters and handle them with maturity.
- Genuine alignment with our values: patient dignity comes first, claims are evidence-backed, and we win by doing the right thing.
