n Shift: 24x7 Rotational
n Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
n Experience: Fresher
n What You'll Do:
n Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and tickets
n Perform initial troubleshooting & issue resolution
n Log and manage incidents using ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
n Ensure timely updates, follow-ups, and proper documentation
n Escalate complex issues to higher support levels
n Deliver high customer satisfaction
n What We're Looking For:
n Strong communication skills
n Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge
n Willingness to work in rotational shifts
n Freshers & early professionals are welcome
n B.Tech, BCA, MCA and M.Tech not eligible
