Job Description Job Title: Deputy Manager – Business Strategy
n Role Description: This is a mid-senior position, where you shall work with the core leadership team and shall be responsible for independently driving strategic projects for the organization as per business needs. This is a 100% work-from-office role. Looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. Experience in retail/D2C/ consumer durables/ B2C startups preferred.
n Reporting To: SM – Business Strategy
n Location: Bangalore
n Ideal Experience: Graduate from a Tier-1/ Tier-2 engineering college. Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a business role/ strategy role/ chief of staff role/ founder's office in a rapid-paced startup.
n Roles and Responsibilities:
n • Work closely with the CEO & HODs to develop and refine the company's product & automation priorities, and with cross-functional teams to create action plans.
n • Lead the business & product transformation projects.
n • Drive & monitor the progress of strategic projects and initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track.
n • Develop strategic frameworks and models to support decision-making processes

n • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for the CEO to communicate strategic initiatives, progress, and outcomes.
n • Provide analysis and insights on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to drive decision-making at the executive level.
