Job Purpose: The Lead - Product Management is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that products meet customer needs and market demands. This role involves developing product strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and managing product performance.



The Lead - Product Management is also accountable for ensuring product roadmaps are aligned with business objectives, while driving innovation and efficiency within the product development process.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and execute the product strategy, aligning with company goals. Define product vision, objectives, and KPIs to drive growth and innovation.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to guide product decisions and identify opportunities.

Product Development Lifecycle:
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Ensure timely product releases and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful execution.

Product Positioning and Pricing:
- Define product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies in collaboration
