Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Nn Plan, coordinate,and execute weddings across all budget categories: low, mid-level, and luxury. N Meet with clients to understand their vision, budget, cultural preferences, and overall expectations. N Prepare detailed wedding proposals, timelines, and budgets. N Source and coordinate with vendors – venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainers, etc. N Supervise the executionof all wedding events – pre-wedding functions, wedding day, and post-wedding functions. N Ensure smooth in office coordination and handle any emergencies or last-minute changes. N Manage client relationships, providing a high-touch experience, especially for luxury clientele. N Guide and mentor juniorplanners and support staff. N Stay up-to-date with wedding trends, themes, venues, and vendor offerings across Jaipur. N Negotiate contracts andmanage vendor payments and timelines. N Conduct venue recce,



food tastings, and mock setups with clients when needed. N Maintain detailed documentation and event reports. NnRequirementsn N Proven track record in handling weddings (portfolio required) N Strong network of vendors and venues in Jaipur N Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills N Creative mindset with attention to detail and logistics N Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure and tight timelines N Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite; knowledge of planning software is a plus N Flexible to travel across Rajasthan and work late hours/weekends as per event schedule N Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus) N 5-8 Years of experience Nn.
