1. Data Analytics
• Analyse business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Facilitation in creation & development of dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements
• Use analytics tools to provide actionable insights and performance tracking
2. Process Mapping
• Map existing business processes using standard methodologies (e.g., flowcharts)
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for optimization
• Work with stakeholders to redesign processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain updated process documentation for all critical workflows
3. SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) Creation
• Develop, document,



and standardize SOPs for key business processes
• Ensure SOPs are explicit, concise, and aligned with organizational policies
• Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect process changes and improvements
• Drive SOP adoption through training and awareness initiatives

4. Process Automation
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual tasks
• Facilitation in designing and implementation of automation solutions (e.g., RPA, workflow tools, scripts)
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deploy scalable automation solutions
• Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize for efficiency
