GENERAL SUMMARY:

The executive is responsible for creative brand awareness and driving footfall to the club through targeted marketing campaigns. As needed the trainee will carry out regular market survey and member feedback program to ensure we are meeting member’s expectation and are ahead of competition. On a regular basis, they communicate the marketing plan to the club, corporate staff and the franchise partners. Marketing executives are responsible for coordinating with all agencies, vendors and company staff for successful rollout of marketing plan.

· Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
· Co-ordination with creative agency, social media agency, PR agency,



website development agency and ensuring they work in the right direction and meet deadlines
· Handling social media accounts of brand on day to day basis
· Content planning for social media
· Contributing to and developing, marketing plans and strategies
· Market Research
· Member Feedback Survey
· Franchise Lead Management
· PR and networking with media personnel’s
· Social media tracking
· Competition analysis on a regular basis
· Giving support to clubs for marketing related activities
· Database management
· Marketing collaterals management
· Preparation of Agency reviews, minutes of meetings etc
· Vendor Management
