We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Automate Pro Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex automated workflows and solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow automation, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with Microsoft Power Platform. The Senior Power Automate Pro Developer will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex automated workflows and solutions using Power Automate
- Architect and integrate Power Automate solutions with other Microsoft tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with existing workflows and automations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for workflows and solutions




- Stay up-to-date with new features and capabilities in Power Automate and related technologies

Requirements:
- relevant experience with Power Automate (or Microsoft Flow), especially desktop flow.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation principles and best practices
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Robust communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub)
- Certification in Power Automate or related technologies
- Experience with agile development methodologies
