Overview:

The Recruiter - IT and Non IT plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for both IT and non-IT positions within the organization. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process to meet the organization's talent requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet requirements
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and advantages packages
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source candidates
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process




- Collaborate with external partners such as staffing agencies and job boards
- Keep abreast of market trends and best practices in recruiting
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
- Contribute to the development of recruitment policies and procedures
- Generate regular reports on recruiting activities and metrics
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in both IT and non-IT domains
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting diverse talent
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to close off
