Job Summary:

As a senior Management Consultant / Business Consultant you will drive the business practice, develop business, build and manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery. This role requires strategic and structured thinking with exceptional leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand new service offerings
- Oversee multiple consulting projects, and ensure client satisfaction through high-quality service delivery
- Guide project teams
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
- Stay updated on cement industry trends and market dynamic

Skills and Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech with MBA/PGDM
- The candidate must be willing to travel within and outside India
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- A Candidate having exposure to the cement or Power industry would be preferred
- Should have done at least 1 project for the cement industry.



Candidates who have done projects for building materials can also be considered.

Salary: 35 to 45 lacs/annum.

Experience range - 10 to 20 years
