Job Responsibility

* Exposure to M.I.C.E. -- (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) operations.

* Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and incentive tours across domestic and international locations.

* Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and event partners for seamless event execution.

* Manage itineraries, logistics, and on-ground operations to ensure smooth travel and event experiences.

* Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality service standards.

* Handle client communication, provide real-time updates, and address operational challenges efficiently.

* Maintain detailed reports, documentation, and budget tracking for each project.

Key Skills: Mandatory:





* Robust knowledge of event planning, vendor management, logistics and query management

* Excellent budgeting and negotiation skills.

* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong communication and client management skills.

* Willingness to travel for on-site event coordination.

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
