- Oversee a growing in-house video post-production studio which supports the work of client who make feature films , Ad Films, Videos for marketing campaigns and more.
- This role will be responsible for business development, coordinating production schedules, budget and expenditures, and developing teams for a rapidly growing post production studio.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational efficiency of the in-house post-production studio.
- Working closely with the Head of Production, this position will create a workflow structure for how work enters and leaves the studio and implement studio best-practices.
- Responsible for overseeing all production materials that are released to internal and external partners (film studios ,media outlets, websites, social media platforms, on-platform video outlets, etc.)
- Set priorities to meet deadlines.
- Hire and train editors, graphic artists,



and freelance positions as necessary.
- Regularly update studio schedules and develop road maps for studio work on a weekly basis.
- Keep all internal stakeholders informed about project status.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail a must.

Create and maintain studio archiving and filing systems.

Deep understanding of facilities and infrastructure needed to successfully stand-up an productive and effective in-house post production studio.

Foster a spirit of collaboration and teamwork.

Candidate Profile:
- Should have experience building a post-production studio from the ''ground up''.
- Entertainment industry or Marketing background preferred.
