Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interact with experts to create, prepare and update the health education content of our trainings
- Participates in strategic planning and project meetings with internal teams and partner organizations, as needed.
- Draft the medical content outlines for various condition areas and prepare blueprints
- Conduct field research to understand community perspective and challenges at the health systems level to design and plan to revise health education curriculum to improve service delivery as per the program and field requirements
- Draft the content outlines for various condition areas, ensuring that the proper health behaviour information is maintained through the design and presentation of material




- Help assess the efficacy of our health education curriculum by being involved in the testing of content and curriculum.
- Conduct a literature review and other desk research to develop draft of medical content that would go into the trainings (across design, medical, and research team)
- Participate and conduct qualitative research activities including interviews, research design, data analysis, and write up
- Work closely with the design, implementation, and research team to link insights that can make our programs better, informed by behaviour change
