Job Description ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:
n n Responsible for managing a team of 15 to 20 Officers & Senior Officers of Outbound customer service
n Sales lead generation through various campaigns targeted on outbound sales calling for current customer acquisition.
n Track conversion across campaigns and products.
n Assists internal verticals in understanding sales opportunities and generate leads across product lines.
n Conduct basic training for tele callers for their campaigns.
n Monthly target adherence
n Increase lead conversion from cross selling
n Value Generation from campaigns
n Regular follow up with business team and coordinating with branches and other alternate channels
n Design new campaigns
n Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information
n Provide performance feedback to team members & responsible for the professional development of the members.
n Customer retention checks.
n Conduct basic training for tele callers for their campaigns.
n n Qualification : Any Degree
n Experience : 5 to 8 Relevant
