EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: B,TEC,BE,DIPLOMA(ELECTRICAL / MECHANICAL)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
3. Implement preventative maintenance programs.
4. Coordinate with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance activities.
5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
7.



Manage spare parts inventory and order necessary replacements.
8. Develop and follow maintenance procedures and protocols.
9. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
10. Train and supervise junior maintenance staff and technicians.
11. Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery and equipment function correctly.
12. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
13. Analyse equipment performance data and suggest improvements.
14. Install recent equipment and systems as needed.
15. Work to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
16. Computer Knowledge – SAP system
