Job Description:

To provide end-to-end IT infrastructure support including hardware, software, network systems, and surveillance infrastructure at both Head Office and Dhulagarh Plant. Ensure seamless operations, preventive maintenance, user support, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain optimal IT service standards.

1. Operational

- Support and maintenance of office PCs, servers, and IT assets at Head Office and Dhulagarh Plant.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) Server, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) Server and other systems.
- Ensure proper functioning and uptime of CCTV surveillance systems.
- Coordinate allocation and setup of email IDs and Mobile CUG connections for users as per approval.
- Maintain and update MIS reports: daily, weekly, and monthly for review.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of training programs and workshops for staff.
- Maintain complete documentation of IT infrastructure and support activities.
- Provide additional departmental support as assigned by the Reporting Authority.

2. People

- Identify and evaluate vendors for hardware and software requirements.
- Liaise for procurement, installation, and AMC services.
- Ensure timely delivery and service quality from vendors.

Monitor and report on the IT budget allocation and utilization at both HO and Dhulagarh Plant.





Internal interface-• All internal departments for IT support and asset coordination.
• Administration and HR for IT asset tracking and internal communication

External interface-

- IT vendors and service providers.
- External auditors and cybersecurity consultants when required.

Education:

- IT vendors and service providers.

Experience:

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in system administration, network management, and IT infrastructure support.

Functional Skills:

• Expertise in Windows/Mac system administration.
• Solid understanding of computer networking (Routers, Switches, IP Configuration, Firewalls).
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware/software.
• Data backup/recovery and antivirus management.
• CCTV system installation and troubleshooting.
• Vendor coordination and IT procurement.

Behavioral Skills:

- Expertise in Windows/Mac system administration.
- Strong understanding of computer networking (Routers, Switches, IP Configuration, Firewalls).
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware/software.
