n Key Responsibilities
n n Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
n Understand customer financial situations through probing (FFQs) and offer tailored repayment solutions
n Manage and analyze delinquency levels and collection buckets
n Deliver accurate information about services, resolve customer queries, and handle complaints effectively
n Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through clear and empathetic communication
n Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups
n Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly; escalate complex cases when required
n Follow through on commitments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution

n Experience with UK market and knowledge of FCA regulations is a strong advantage
