n n Lead implementation and standardization of safety systems across units
n Govern critical platforms such as MySetu and Permit to Work (PTW)
n Ensure seamless adoption of enterprise safety frameworks
n n Safety Analytics & Predictive Insights
n n Analyze safety incidents, behavioral observations, and risk trends
n Monitor leading and lagging indicators through dashboards
n Generate actionable insights to prevent incidents before they occur
n n Digital Safety Transformation
n n Leverage AI-driven analytics and digital tools for proactive risk management
n Integrate safety data with SAP and other enterprise platforms
n Collaborate on emerging digital solutions to enhance safety performance
n n Safety Strategy & Culture Building
n n Design impactful safety campaigns and behavioral interventions
n Develop risk-based monthly safety themes
n Drive organization-wide safety awareness and engagement
n n Leadership & Board Governance
n n Partner with leadership and safety committees to shape safety strategy
n Present safety plans, performance updates, and key recommendations
n Track implementation and ensure measurable outcomes




n n Cross-Functional Collaboration
n n Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Technical teams
n Drive integration of safety requirements into business processes
n Identify and close systemic safety gaps
n n Field Safety Assurance
n n Conduct audits and site validations
n Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis
n Ensure robust corrective and preventive actions are implemented
n n Ideal Candidate
n Experience in Safety Excellence, EHS, Safety Systems, or Digital Safety Transformation
n Robust analytical mindset with expertise in safety performance monitoring
n Exposure to digital tools, AI-enabled solutions, SAP integration, and safety governance
n Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and senior leadership teams
