- Oversee day-to-day production and operational activities within the assigned department.
- Manage manpower, shift activities, and workflow coordination efficiently.
- Ensure smooth process execution and achievement of production targets.
- Monitor machine operations, material movement, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and stores departments.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce productivity.




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily reports, production data, and operational updates for management.
- Identify operational issues and support process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower resources.
- Candidates with manufacturing or industrial operations experience preferred.
